Dieser Ausspruch wird auf den Philiosophen Arthur Shopenhauer zurückgeführt. Dem kann kaum widersprochen werden. In Wirklichkeit ist Gesundheit alles! In Zeiten, in denen die WHO (Weltgesundheitsorganisation) Stress im Beruf als eine der größten Gefahren des 21. Jahrhunderts erklärt hat, wird immer mehr Menschen klar, dass sie für ihre Gesundheit mehr tun müssen. Laut einer Studie des Sozialministeriums waren 2017 in Österreich 8 Prozent der Bevölkerung an Burn-out erkrankt, 17 Prozent in einem Übergangsstadium (also kurz davor, zu erkranken) und 19 Prozent bereits in einem Problemstadium. Das ergibt zusammengerechnet 44 Prozent österreichweit von Burn-out betroffene Menschen, Tendenz steigend! 425 Millionen Menschen weltweit sind Diabetiker (IDF Diabethes-Atlas, Stand 2018)!
Gesundheit ist ein Erfolgsfaktor, sei es physisch oder psychisch. Fang doch einfach mal mit der Stärkung deiner Vitalität an!
